Ingredients
- 1 10-12" loaf of round crusty bread
- 1 ALOUETTE BABY BRIE
- 3 Tbsp chopped scallions
- 1/4 cup chopped shallots
- 1/4 tsp. white pepper
- 2 Tbsp. white vermouth or white wine.

Preparation
Step 1
Slice off top of one 10-12" loaf of round crusty bread. Hollow out inside, saving cut bread for serving. Remove and discard entire top rind of ALOUETTE BABY BRIE. Place brie inside of bread. In small bowl, combine chopped scallions, chopped shallots, white pepper and white vermouth or white wine. Spread
shallot-onion mixture on top of brie, replace top slice of bread and wrap entire loaf of bread in aluminum foil. Bake at 315' F for 30 minutes. Serve with extra bread and crackers.
