Spiced Nuts with Dried Figs and Apricots

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary
  • 2 tsp ground red pepper (cayenne)
  • 2 tsp brown sugar
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 lb whole almonds, toasted
  • 3/4 pound pistachios, toasted
  • 1/2 cup chopped dried apricots
  • 1/2 cup chopped dried figs
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

Preparation

Step 1

In small bowl combine rosemary, red pepper, brown sugar and salt. In large bowl toss almonds, pistachios, apricots and figs with melted butter. Sprinkle with rosemary mixture and toss to combine.
