Carrots with Aceto Balsamico

Ingredients
- 5-6 medium carrots
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tbs. butter
- Little salt.
- 2-3 tbs. brown sugar
- 2 tbs. butter
- 1/2 -1 tsp. Aceto Balsamico (balsamic vinegar)

Preparation
Step 1
Peel and slice thinly on a mandolin 5-6 medium carrots. Place in sauce pan with 1/4 cup water, 1 tbs. butter and a little salt. Cover tightly and simmer over low heat for 15-20 min. or until just done. Carrots should have absorbed water. Combine 2-3 tbs. brown sugar, 2 tbs. butter and 1/2 -1 tsp. Aceto Balsamico (balsamic vinegar) in a saucepan and cook until well blended. Pour over carrots. Serves 4.
