Ingredients
- 1 bag frozen hash browns
- 1/2 can low sodium chicken broth
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 1/2 - 2 cups Plain Greek Yogurt (depending on the texture you like)
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Italian Seasoning (or 1/3 tsp each of basil, parsley and oregano)
- 1/2 tsp Season All Salt
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar (or any other cheese of choice)

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients until well incorporated. Spray a 9 X 13 inch baking pan with cooking spray. Spread potato mixture evenly in baking pan. Place in oven and cook for about 35 minutes until bubbly. Enjoy!
