Ingredients
- 6 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup chopped green pepper
- 1 cup sliced carrots
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 cup mayonnaise (I use Hellman's Light)
- 5 to 6 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 cup white vinegar

Preparation
Step 1
In a large serving bowl, combine the broccoli, green pepper, carrots, raisins, and chopped onion. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sugar,
and vinegar until smooth. Pour over vegetable mixture and toss to coat.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until serving time.
