Sour Cream Apple Pie

A nice twist on apple pie. Creamy with a streusel topping.

Ingredients

  • Topping:
  • 1 unbaked pie shell
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 T flour
  • 1/8 T salt
  • 3/4 c sugar
  • 1 c sour cream
  • 1/2 teas vanilla
  • 3 c sliced apples
  • 2 T flour
  • 3/4 c sugar
  • 1/4 c butter
  • 1/2 teas cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

Mix in order given except apples and beat well. Add the apples and stir. Pour into the unbaked pie shell. Mix topping ingredients, cutting in butter with pastry cutter and sprinkle over the top of pie. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
