Stuffed Baked Tomatoes

Ingredients
- 2 large ripe summer tomatoes
- 1 cup small curd cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh basil, spinach, or arugula
- 2 crushed garlic cloves
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 400F.
2. Cut tomatoes in half horizontally.
3. Combine remaining ingredients; stir gently. Divide evenly among 4 tomato halves. Bake 15 minutes or until hot and browned.
Serves 4.
Per serving: 110 calories, 4.5 g fat, 15 mg chol, 11 g protein, 6 g carbs, 4 g sugars, 1 g fiber, 350 mg sodium.
