Ingredients
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons honey Acacia
- 1/2 cup orange juice concentrate
- 1 tablespoon finely minced ginger
- 1 tablespoon finely minced garlic
- 4 salmon filet approximately, 8 ounces each
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame Oil
- 1/2 tsp vanilla

Step 1
In a lasagna pan, add all ingredients mix well, add the fish and marinate for at least 3-4 hours. Be sure to flip side to marinate both sides. Heat a saute pan to high heat with sesame oil.
When hot transfer the salmon with a slotted spoon, letting the excess marinate drip into the dish. Cook the fish to your liking. In the meantime in a sauce pan reduce the marinate until it slightly thicken. Serve with mas potatoes in the bottom of the plate, fish on top and 1 tablespoon of sauce per person.
