Ingredients
- 1/2 CUP ORANGE JUICE
- 12 OUNCES CRANBERRIES
- 1/2 CUP PORT
- 1 CUP DRIED APRICOTS, diced
- 1/2 CUP PACKED BROWN SUGAR
- 3/4 CUP GRANULAED SUGAR
- 3/4 CUP toasted, broken PECANS

Preparation
Step 1
In a medium saucepan, combine CRANBERRIES, PORT, OJ, APRICOTS, & SUGARS.
Bring to a boil, stirring to dissolve sugars.
Simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat, stir in pecans.
Cool and refrigerate.
