Roast Garlic and Sundried Tomato Dunk

Ingredients
- 4 oz Feta Cheese
- 4 oz. Roquefort or Blue Cheese
- 8 oz. Cream Cheese
- 1 small roasted red pepper
- 1 scoop roasted onion
- 1 head roasted garlic
- 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 3 oz. sun dried tomatoes in oil
- 1 tbs. Veggie Glace Gold
- 2 tbs. Fresh or 1 tsp. dried rosemary
- 1 tbs. Fresh or 1 tsp. dried basil
- 1 tsp. Fresh black pepper

Preparation
Step 1
In a food processor combine all ingredients and process until very smooth. Spoon into a container, cover and chill. Serve with crackers or slices of French or Italian bread. Makes approximately 2 1/2 cups.
