Ingredients

  • 4 oz Feta Cheese
  • 4 oz. Roquefort or Blue Cheese
  • 8 oz. Cream Cheese
  • 1 small roasted red pepper
  • 1 scoop roasted onion
  • 1 head roasted garlic
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 3 oz. sun dried tomatoes in oil
  • 1 tbs. Veggie Glace Gold
  • 2 tbs. Fresh or 1 tsp. dried rosemary
  • 1 tbs. Fresh or 1 tsp. dried basil
  • 1 tsp. Fresh black pepper

Preparation

Step 1

In a food processor combine all ingredients and process until very smooth. Spoon into a container, cover and chill. Serve with crackers or slices of French or Italian bread. Makes approximately 2 1/2 cups.
