- 1 package UNCLE BEN’S® Long Grain & Wild Rice Fast Cook Recipe
- 3/4 lb. pork tenderloin cut into four pieces
- 1 green apple diced
- 2 Tbsp. walnuts chopped
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 non stick cooking spray

Preparation
Step 1
1. Prepare rice according to package directions.
2. Bake or grill pork tenderloin.
3. In a small saucepan, spray nonstick pan cooking spray and add diced apple. Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes. Add walnuts and maple syrup, and continue to cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand until pork is done. Coat pork with mixture and serve with rice.
