Ingredients
- 2 lbs. Shrimp uncooked, shells removed
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 1 tsp basil
- Olive Oil
- 2 cans diced tomatoes with garlic, basil and oregano; drained
- 1 box tricolor pasta
- 2 stalks celery diced
- 1 small onion diced
- Mayonaise to taste
- salt
- pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Cook pasta according to package directions.
Saute shrimp in olive oil, basil and garlic until pink.
Add celery, onions, two cans of diced tomatoes to cooked pasta. Add shrimp.
When pasta mixture has cooled to room temperature add mayo, salt and pepper to taste. I usually start with 1 tablespoon and add as needed.
Should not be to mayonaisey just enough to coat.
