Ingredients
- lue Ribbon Pumpkin Roll
- 3 eggs
- 1 c sugar
- 2/3 c pumpkin puree
- 3/4 c flour 1t. baking powder
- 1/2 t salt
- 1 t. ginger
- 2 t. cinnamon
- 1/2 t nutmeg
- 1 c. finely chopped walnuts

Preparation
Step 1
c. finely chopped walnuts
Beat eggs at high speed for 5 min.
1. Slowly beat in sugar
2. Stir in pumpkin
3. 4 sift together flour , bp, salt, ginger cinnamon and nutmeg
4. Fold into pumbkin mixture
5. Spread into greased and floured paper lined 15 x 10 jelly roll pan and sprinkle w/nuts
6. Bake at 375 fro 15/ 20 min
7. Loosen edges turn our onto clean towel , Remove paper and roll up narrow end Cool , unroll and fill with Cream Cheese filling and re roll
Filling
1 8oz pkg cream cheese shoftened
¼ c butter
½ t. vanilla
1 c. powdered sugar
