1 c. grated carrots
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. raisins

Preparation

Step 1

Prepare yellow cake mix per box directions. Stir in carrots, pecans and raisins. Pour into a large greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 min. Let cool; frost with cream cheese icing.
