Ingredients

4 eggs, seperated
2 . Grah cracker pie crusts
1 c sugar
1/3 c lemon juice
1 carton riches whip

Preparation

Step 1

Bowl one- Beat egg whites
Add sugar towards end and beat

Second bowl , whip riches whip
Place bowl one

Third bowl, beat yolks and lemon juice.
Fold all together.
Place in Pie crust and freeze
Serve with fresh strawberries on top.
