Step 1

Mix 1/2 c sour cream, 1 1/2 tsp minced Chipotle chiles, 1 1/2 tsp adobe sauce, 1 1/2 tsp fresh lime juice, 1 tsp minced fresh garlic, 1/2 tsp lime zest. Cover and refrigerate several hours to meld flavors. I MADE THIS FOR BRADYS BIRTHDAY PARTY 9/18/11 AND IT WAS VERY GOOD.
