Skillet Corn Pudding

  • 1 tablespoons butter
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 2 cups whole kernel corn
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk



Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°

in a heavy 9 inch skillet with oven safe handles, melted butter and cook onion. Stir in corn, salt, sugar and pepper.
Remove skillet from Keith. In small bowl combine eggs and milk stir mixture into skillet
bake 25 – 35 minutes or until knife comes out clean
