Ingredients

  • Place the mashed potatoes into your soup pan and add milk until it is reached the “soupy” stage

  • If you are using regular mashed potatoes and want to add garlic to the soup you are

  • making – do so at this point – suggest roasted garlic and not raw garlic

Use Left Over Mashed Potatoes or Left Over Garlic Mashed Potatoes Place the mashed potatoes into your soup pan and add milk until it is reached the “soupy” stage If you are using regular mashed potatoes and want to add garlic to the soup you are making – do so at this point – suggest roasted garlic and not raw garlic Chop Scallions To Taste Salt and Pepper To Taste Could Add Option(s): Poblano Chile Peppers [roasted with the seeds removed] Smoked or Frozen Corn Ham Grated Carrot Celery Mushrooms Cheddar Cheese [Judie suggested placing the cheese in the bottom of the bowl instead of on top – for a little tasty surprise at the end of the soup]
