Sausage and Potato Casserole

Ingredients
- 3 cups potatoes peeled and cubed boiled.
- 4 Tbsp butter
- 4 Tbsp flour
- 2 cups Milk
- 1/2 Tsp salt
- 1/4 Tsp pepper
- 1/2 lb Velveeta cubed, diced and shredded
- 1/2 lb sharp cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 lb Eckrich smoked sausage
- 1/8 Tsp paprika

Preparation
Step 1
Cut sausage length wise and chop into 1/2 " moon cuts.
Put cooked potatoes in 2 Qt casserole dish. Add cooked meat and toss. Mix all the remaining ingredients EXCEPT sharp cheddar and paprika. in a sauce pan until smooth. Pour over potatoes sprinkle sharp cheddar and paprika on top.
Bake 350 35-45 minutes till golden on top
