Ingredients
- 1 C mayonnaise
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp garlic
- 2 tbsp capers
- 1 lg.dill pickle,finely diced
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp sour cream
- 1 tsp sugar
- salt and white pepper,to taste
- 1 small Jonagold apple,peeled,cored,and finely diced

To make the sauce,combine all ingredients and chill for 1-2 hours to allow flavours to meld.
