Ingredients
- 1/2 lb Hormel thick style bacon
- 2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Line pan with aluminum foil
Cut the bacon into 3 strips
Spread one side with the mustard
Dip the mustard side into the brown sugar. Place the strip onto the pan brown sugar side up.
Bake @350 15-20 minutes
