Shrimp Stir Fry

  • 1 1/2 c broccoli florets
  • 1 small red pepper, julienned
  • 1 small green pepper, julienned
  • garlic
  • 1-2 T veg oil
  • 1 lb shrimp
  • 1 T cornstarch
  • 2 tsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 c orange juice
  • 1/4 c soy sauce



Step 1

Stir fry broccoli, peppers in oil until tender. Add shrimp until warm. Combine cornstarch, brown sugar, ginger, orange juice and soy sauce until smooth. Add and bring to boil, cook and stir 2 minutes until thickened.
