Ingredients
- 1 - 9 oz package refrigerated three cheese tortellini
- 12 oz broccoli florets
- 1 - 16 oz envelope Alfredo Sauce Mix (such as Knorr)
- 1 1/2 cups fat free milk
- 2 tsp light butter
- 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper

Preparation
Step 1
1.) Cook tortellini according to package directions, omitting salt and fat; add broccoli during last 3 minutes of cooking time. Drain well.
2.) While pasta cooks, prepare sauce mix according to directions, using fat free milk, butter and nutmeg.
3.) Combine sauce and pasta and broccoli mixture; toss well to coat. Top each serving evenly with parmesan cheese and pepper.
