phyllo pizza with feta, basil and tomatoes

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta
- 1/4 oz. grated parmesan
- 1 Tbs fresh oregano
- 10 18x14 sheets thawed phyllo dough
- cooking spray
- 2 cups thinly sliced plum tomatoes
- 1/3 cup thinly sliced green onions
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350.
Combine 1st 6 ingredients in bowl.
Cut phyllo sheetsw in half crosswise.
Working with 1 phyllo sheet at a time (cover remaining sheets to prevent them from drying out) place one sheet on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Spray sheet. Repeat with 2 more layers of phyllo.
Sprinkle with 2 Tbs cheese mixture. Repeat layers 5 times ending with 2 phyllo sheets. Coat top sheet with cooking spray. Sprinkle with 2 Tbs cheese mixture. Arrange tomatoe slices on top of cheese leaving slight border. Sprinkle with onions and remaining cheese mixture. Bake for 20 minute4s or until golden.
