Spinach Artichoke Dip

1 lb. cream cheese, softened
2 cups artichoke hearts, drained
10 oz package of frozen spinach, thawed & drained
1 1/2 cups parmesan or romano cheese (if romano reduce to 1 cup)
1 scant tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder (or 1 tbsp roasted garlic)
1/2-3/4 tsp red pepper flakes

In large mixing bowl combine cream cheese, artichoke hearts & spinach. Add cheese and blend well. Add salt, garlic and red pepper, blend well. Bake in a coated casserole dish at 350 for 30 minutes.
