Step 1
Preheat oven to 425. Head 1 tbsp butter and 1 tbsp olive oil in heavy oven proof skillet, add 2 lbs chicken leg quarters, cook until browned, about 5 minutes per side. Remove chicken to a plated, then add 20 peeled garlic cloves, about one minute, until beginning to brown. Return chicken to pan on top of garlic. Sprinkle 2 c cherry tomatoes and salt. Add 3/4 reduced sodium chicken borth. Cook in oven 30 minutes or untiil done. Sprinkle with pepper and 1/4 c chiffonade basil leaves. Serve with slices of baguette.
