Pan Seared Halibut

  • 1 pound Halibut
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • Lemon Pepper Seasoning
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter
  • White Wine (optional)
  • Capers (optional)

Step 1

Rinse Halibut under water & pat dry with paper towel.
Season with Lemon Pepper.
Heat 2 Tablespoons olive oil over medium/high heat.
Add Halibut and sear about 5 minutes.
Flip fish and add 2 Tablespoons butter.
Can also add a bit of white wine and/or Capers.
Spoon butter over Halibut and cook 5 minutes or until done.
