Chocolate Zucchini Cake

Ingredients

• 1 cup canola oil
• 1 3/4 cup sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1 tsp vinegar
• 1 tsp soda
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 2 1/2 cup flour
• 4 Tbl cocoa
• 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
• 2 cup zucchini grated

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients together. Pour into greased 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle 1 cup chocolate chips on top. Bake 40-45 minutes
