CHEX Pumpkin Pie Crunch

  • 1/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. Cinnamon CHEX
  • 2 c. Wheat CHEX
  • 2 c. Honey Nut CHEX
  • 8 oz. pecans



Step 1

In sm. bowl, mix brown sugar and pumpkin pie spice; set aside. Melt butter in sep. bowl in microwave 30 sec. Stir in vanilla. In lg. micrwavable bowl, mix all cereals and pecans. Pour butter mix over cereal mix, stirring till evenly distributed. Add sugar and spice mix and stir till coated.

Microwave uncovered 5 mins. or till mixture begins to brown, stirring every minute. Spread on wax paper or a cookie sheet to cool. Store in an airtight container.
