- Dressing:
- 2 Tablespoons juice from fresh red raspberries
- 3/4 cup olive oil
- 3 Tablespoons cider vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons and 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 4 thinly sliced medium pears - toss in 2 Tablespoons leamon juice to keep from browning
- 8 cups torn lettuce greens
- 2/3 cups pecans halves
- 1/2 cup whole raspberries
