- 1/2 cup (1 stick) softened butter
- 1 package softened cream cheese
- 4 cups icing sugar
- 4 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
- Yellow food colouring

Step 1
Beat butter and cream cheese in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Gradually add icing sugar and lemon juice, beating until light and fluffy after each addition. Add a couple of drops of yellow food colouring.
Makes 3 cups of frosting.
