Fresh Peach Pie

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 c. flour
• 1 1/2 T. sugar
• 1 tsp. salt
• 1/2 c. oil
• 2 T. milk
• 1 c. water
• 1 c. sugar
• 2 T cornstarch
• 3 T. orange jello
• 3-5 sliced peaches

Preparation

Step 1

mix first five ingredients and press into pie pan. bake at 350 degrees for 15 min. In saucepan, mix and bring to boil next three ing. add jello. cool until clear. cool completely. slice peaches on a towel to drain. place themon bottom of crust. pour filling over peaches. cover with whipped cream.
