  • Salt
  • garlic



Step 1

Cut the squash in half, scoop out seeds and discard. Coat flesh with olive oil, salt, and garlic. Place cut side up in a baking dish with 1 inch of water. Bake 375F for an hour. Shred flesh with a fork.
