Step 1

Mix together 1 level Teaspoon of Wholegrain Mustard & 1 level Tablespoon of Runny Honey.

Place your fillet of Salmon skin side down on a tray lined with tin foil. Spoon the mixture over the top and bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes
