Ingredients
- 2 Cups yellow corn meal
- 2 eggs (beaten well)
- 1 cup sweet milk
- 3 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup cooking oil
- 1 large can cream style yellow corn
- 1/2 to 1 lb. ground beef (lightly browned in skillet)
- 1 large onion (chopped fine)
- 3/4 to 1 lb. longhorn cheese (grated)
- 2 jalapeno peppers (chipped

Step 1
Mix all ingredients together. Grease iron skillet and sprinkle thin layer of corn meal in skillet and brown lightly. Pour mixture in skillet and bake 45 to 50 min. at 350
