in small mixer bowl, beat butter and sugar at medium speed of electric mixer until light and fluffy, scraping sides of bowl often. add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.

beat in lemon zest and extract. beat in dry ingredients alternately with lemonade, beating at low speed just until blended. spread evenly in loaf pan.

bake 350 for 60-65 minutes.
