BANBERRY JELLO CAKE
- 1 yellow cake mix
- 1 (3 ounce) box strawberry jello
- 1 (8 ounce) can strawberry pop
- 1 cup hot water
- 2 bananas
- 1 (4 serving size) package vanilla or banana instant pudding
- 1 (8 ounce) Cool Whip
- 1 cup milk
Prepare cake according to package directions. Using a large fork, poke holes in warm cake. Dissolve jello in hot water and add pop. Pour mixture over warm cake. Refrigerate 2 to 4 hours.
Mix pudding with milk and beat until thick. Fold in Cool Whip. Set aside. Slice bananas and place on cake. Ice cake with pudding mixture. Keep cake refrigerated.
