Ingredients

  • 2 Qt. Apples, pared, cored and chopped
  • 3/4 Cup Sugar
  • 3 Tbs. Flour
  • 1/4 Cup Butter, melted

Preparation

Step 1

Cut apples into 3/4" pieces. Mix flour and sugar. Stir in the raw apples and melted butter. Place in a buttered baking dish and bake, covered, except for the last 15 minutes, in a 350 degree oven for 45-55 minutes. If apples seem dry, add 2-3 tablespoons water. Apples should be slightly browned.
