Ingredients
- Cake:
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 3/4 cups egg substitute
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup applesauce
- 1 can (15 ounces) pumpkin
- 1 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- 1 package (18.25 ounces) yellow cake mix
- Frosting:
- 2/3 cup light cream cheese
- 1 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 13 X 9 pan. Mix egg, sugar, applesauce and pumpkin with electric mixer on high for 1 minute. Add pumpkin pie spice and cake mix. Blend on high for 2 minutes. Pour into pan and bake for 35 minutes. Cool.
Beat cream cheese and vanilla until smooth. Add powdered sugar gradually. Frost and serve.
