Ingredients

  • 4 cups of cranberries
  • 2 cups of boiling water
  • 2 cups of sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Put cranberries in saucepan cover with 2 cups of boiling water, boil again and cover with lid boil 3-4 minutes.
Put through strainer ( I use foley food mill). Stir in 2 cups of sugar and let boil 2 minutes. Pour in wet mold and let set.
