Tomato-Cucumber Salsa

  • 5 tomatoes
  • 1 large cucumber
  • 4-6 tablespoons of fresh lime juice
  • 10 cilantro leaves
  • Salt and pepper

Step 1

Cut the tomatoes in four and cut the seeds out. Peel the cucumber and cut it in half lengthwise. Scoop the seeds out with a spoon. Dice the tomatoes and the cucumber into small cubes. Cut the cilantro finely. Mix in a bowl all the cut ingredients and add the lime juice. Add ample salt and freshly ground pepper to the salsa and mix well. Serve cold or at room temperature with tortilla chips.
