Ingredients
- 1 tsp. grated lemon peel
- 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/2 tsp. coarse ground pepper
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. dried thyme
- 1 lb. pork tenderloin
- 2 tsp. olive oil

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients except pork and oil. Brush oil over pork. Rub lemon peel mixture over pork. Cover and grill over medium to low heat until 160º. Remove from heat/grill – cover with foil. Let stand 5 – 10 minutes before slicing.
