Frozen Lemon Pudding

- 6 eggs, separated
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1 large Cool Whip
- vanilla wafers
1. Beat egg whites and add sugar. Beat to meringue stage.
2. Beat egg yolks. Add lemon juice then add to beaten whites. Add cool whip.
3. Line 13 x 9 pan with vanilla wafer crumbs. Pour in filling. After it is frozen, top with crushed vanilla wafer crumbs.
