Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ cup Graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • 3 8oz pkg. softened cream cheese
  • 1 14oz can sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
  • 1 16oz can pumpkin
  • 3 eggs
  • ¼ cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ground nutmeg

Directions
1. Heat oven to 300 degrees
2. Combine crumbs, sugar, butter
3. press firmly in a springform pan
4. With mixer beat cream cheese till fluffy, gradually beat in condensed milk until smooth
5. Add pumpkin, egg, maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg and mix well
6. pour into prepared pan
7. Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes or until edge springs back when lightly touched ( center will be slightly soft)
8. Cool and chill
For Walnut Raisin Glaze
2Tbs water
4tsp cornstarch
2Tbs melted butter
½ cup pure maple syrup
½ cup chopped Walnuts
½ cup raisins
1. Combine water and cornstarch
2. in pan, melt butter
3. Add maple syrup,cornstarch, butter, mix and cool until slightly thickened
4. Add nuts and raisins and spoon over cheesecake
