Ingredients
- Topping:
- 3-5 Sweet Potatoes
- 1 Cup White Sugar
- 1/2 Melted Butter
- 3 Eggs
- 1 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1/3 Melted Butter
- 1/3 All Purpose Flour
- 1 Cup Chopped Pecans

Cooking time 150mins

Preparation
Step 1
Bake Potatoes at 350 degrees 45-60 minutes until soft.
Peel, cut into cubes. Put into food processor (at least 3 cups)
Mix Sugar,Butter and Eggs into Sweet potatoes.
Pour into 13x9 sprayed casserole dish.
Topping:
(Food Processor would be faster)
Combine all topping ingredients into a crumble.
Spread over sweet potato evenly.
Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
Don't burn crumble.
