Ingredients
- 2 Containers Sm. Cherry Tomatoes
- 1 ( 200 g ) Container Bocconcini Cheese "Pearls", drained
- 1/4 C. Olive Oil
- 3 Tbsp. Fresh Italian Flat-Leaf Parsley, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. Fresh Basil, chopped
- Salt & Freshly Ground Pepper
- Bamboo Skewers, med. length

Preparation
Step 1
In a lg. bowl, combine the cherry tomatoes, bocconcini, olive oil, parsley, basil, salt & pepper. Thread skewers with 1 tomato, then 1 bocconcini pearl, & then 1 more tomato & arrange on a platter to serve. Garnish with sprigs of fresh basil if desired.
