Ingredients
- 1 pound fresh asparagus, cooked
- 1 tablespoon cold water
- 1/2 cup fine dried bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 egg

Preparation
Step 1
Beat egg and mix with cold water. Mix crumbs, salt, cheese and paprika together. Dip asparagus in egg mixture. Dip asparagus in crumb mixture, then in egg mixture again. Chill 1 hour. Fry in hot fat until golden brown.
