  • (Made by 1C flour, 1TBS baking powder, 1 tsp salt, 1/4 cup butter)
  • 1 1/4 C milk
  • 1/4 C vegetable oil or shortening
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1-2 tsp sugar (optional)
