  • 1 pd. Hambugar Meat
  • 4 large med. potatoes
  • 1 t. garlic powder
  • 1/2 t. ground cummin
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 large peppers
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce (moms hot sauce)

Step 1

In pan brown meat until all red is out add hot sauce and pototes and all of the above until potatoes are soft. Put in flour tortillas and roll
