Ingredients
- 1/2 CUP LIGHT sour cream
- 1/2 cup Light mayonnaise
- 8 oz container low fat yogurt
- (or 3/4 cup of low fat yogurt)
- 1/2 tsp minced garlic
- 2 tsp reduced sodium Soy Sauce
- 8 oz can water chestnuts,
- (drained & chopped)
- 10 oz pkg frozen chopped Spinach
- (thaw, drain, Squeezed dry)
- 1/4 cup dried minced onion
- 1/4 cup dried parsley
- 3/4 tsp dried dill
